Timerack is one of the only time tracking solutions on the market that fulfills ACA and EEO-1 reporting requirements for users of Thomson Reuters Accounting CS Payroll users as part of our integration with this software.

ACA Reporting Requirements

The Affordable Care Act requires that employers of over 50 full-time employees provide health insurance. Full-time is defined as working 30 or more hours a week. Because hours can vary per employee and many part-time employees can count as full-time employees, and put a small employer over the 50 full-time employee threshold, companies have to report how many hours are worked for each employee.

All of this information is collected by Timerack and passed along to Accounting CS Payroll so employers can easily submit this information to the federal government.

EEO-1 Reporting Requirements

As with the ACA, Timerack collects all employee categorization required by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) as part of the EEO-1 statute. This includes gender and job category.
